Cosmic League operates on a formal contractual basis. Once a coaching agreement has been signed and payment has been made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
This policy reflects the nature of the engagement: coaching at Cosmic League is a long-term, subscription-based relationship. The commitment of time, preparation, and resources begins at the point of contract — not at a later session.
Clients cannot purchase coaching services directly through this website. Every engagement is initiated through a personal application, a direct conversation, and a formal agreement. This process is designed to ensure that when an engagement begins, both parties have full confidence it is the right fit. We do not expect — and have not encountered — refund requests, because we do not begin work until that mutual confidence exists.
